Admission Guidelines

• Application for admission and prospectus may be obtained from the college or applications can be down loaded� from the college website.
• Application for admission in the prescribed form should reach the Principal / Director on or before the specified date through post or electronically submitted.
• Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with application.� (Originals should be produced at the time of admission).

Indian Nationals:
Karnataka students

• Copies of marks cards, transfer certificate, character certificate and score card.� (score card for engineering, MBA & MCA only)
• In the case of post-graduate courses with the above certificates, provisional degree certificate is also required.�� SC / ST / Cat.1 students should produce valid caste certificate.

Non-Karnataka students

• Should produce the copies of the marks card, transfer certificate, migration certificate, character certificate and score card.�� (score card for engineering, MBA & MCA only).
• For admission to post-graduate courses, along with the above certificates, provisional degree certificate is also required to be enclosed.

For Foreign nationals

• Copies of marks cards / pass certificate, valid passport copy� and valid student visa copy.

For all Indian & foreign nationals
10 recent passport size photographs should be produced at the time of admission.
General

• The college fee and other fees once paid will not be refunded, if the candidate does not join the college or discontinues the studies after admission for any reason.
• If a student wishes to discontinue his / her studies, for whatever reason, he / she has to pay the fees for all the remaining semesters.

• If the documents produced and information furnished in the application are found to be false at any stage, the admission is liable to be cancelled.
• All admissions are provisional and subject� to approval by the� Bangalore University / VTU / Bharathiar University / PUC Board as the case may be.
• A candidate who joins the first semester under graduate / post graduate degree course should complete their degree within six / four years respectively from the date of joining, otherwise he / she has to join the course afresh.
• Engineering students must complete their degree within eight years.�� MCA students must complete their degree within six years.�� Diploma students should complete their studies within six years.
• No correspondence will be� entertained against the incomplete applications.�
• Ph.D details: in case of PhD.,� students should complete their degree within five years from the date of joining the college.

Advance Reservation

• Advance Reservation for admission to degree courses shall be subject to fulfillment of academic and other requirements of the Bangalore University / VTU / Bharathiar University / PUC Board.
• Interested candidates may contact the Chairman� / Director / Principal of the college.

Change of Course

• Change of course is not permissible after 1st� September� in first year.� Candidate seeking change of course after 1st Septerber will be treated as new admission subject to availability of seats.
• In the case of engineering courses, the change is permissible as per the Regulation of VTU / Management, subject to the availability of� seats.

Jurisdiction

• All matters subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore City only.�
